Howard Williams, Professor of Linguistics from Teachers College, Columbia University, New York, N.Y., is originally from Cleveland and specifically, the Hough neighborhood. He will discuss his soon to be published book, 100 Years of the Historic Hough Neighborhood and cover historic aspects concerning population, ethnicity and industry changes through out the years of this important geographical location of Cleveland, Ohio.
