A public forum hosted and facilitated by the Cleveland Consent Decree monitoring team to educate and inform citizens about the Department of Justice Report, consent decree and the ongoing process to reform policing in the City of Cleveland. Representatives from the ACLU will also be on site with information on individual civil and legal rights.
